The villas

RiverCrest Villas are currently comprised of 10 individual, 320 sq ft villas in Epping, NH. Each villa makes the perfect getaway for vacationing couples and families alike. Our villas are complete with a studio bedroom, comfortable queen sized pull out sofa, full bathroom and kitchenette. In the living room you will find a ROKU TV ready to be connected to your favorite streaming account, if you do not have a streaming account ROKU Channel has a lot of great free options!

Each bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed.

The Villas are being built in multiple phases of five units each. Once fully built out RiverCrest will be home to 15 tiny home villas. Each new phase will be a shade different from the previous be it in size, design or layout. We will be working on each new phase as the years come and we can not wait to show them off as they develop!

The Property

RiverCrest Villas is nestled among century old oak and pine trees and wrapped by the North River. As your night is coming to an end, relax with a cup of tea or glass of wine in an Adirondack chair around the outdoor fire.

From your front steps you are walking distance from New Hampshire largest vineyard, Flag Hill Distillery & Winery and delicious Richardson’s Ice Cream at Cow Palace Creamery.
